We have been appointed as Project Director for the renovation and energy efficiency of a building in Riglione (Pisa).
The designs are developed by Mediterraneo Design srl.
The concept, schematic and detailing design phases has been monitored and controlled through quality management processes, and validated only when they achieved the project objectives, as well as functional, regulatory and aesthetic correctness, the latter according to the wishes of the owner.
The detailing and tendering phases are concluded and validated, and we are approaching the works estimate phase by involving construction companies, chosen on the basis of the type of work to be carried out and with suitable CV.
The current building is in energy class G, and after the project intervention will reach class A.
The estimated consumption for the management of the property will not exceed 4.5 kW, although only electrically operated equipment is installed; the gas was discarded by the project guidelines.
The internal air conditioning will be entrusted by an external heat pump inverter unit, which will manage the radiant floors for the winter and split for the summer cooling.
Each floor will be equipped with AHU which will guarantee the necessary air changes without loss of temperature.
All the window frames will be equipped with double glazing along with solar control glass.
The internal and external lighting will be provided by LED lamps.
The property will also be equipped with a photovoltaic system for the production of 6.0 kW which will guarantee an excellent balance on the billing of the managing body.
This intervention will benefit building bonuses issued by Italian rules.
The overall building renovation will produce a significant aesthetic and functional improvement of the building, adapting an old two-stories building with an adjoining garden.
